You bring us your drawings and we get to work understanding the full scope of your build. We review everything in detail, ask the right questions, and provide you with a clear, honest quote. Once you're happy to proceed, we handle the paperwork. Building consents, council approvals, and any regulatory requirements are all taken care of, so you don't have to navigate the red tape alone. Once approvals are in place, your build is scheduled and your start date is locked in.

This is where it gets exciting. Our experienced team gets to work and your makeover starts to take shape. Throughout this phase you'll receive regular updates, have direct access to our team, and always know exactly where your reno is up to.

Before we finish the project, we carry out a thorough final inspection to make sure everything is exactly as it should be. Any last touches are completed, and only when we're completely satisfied do we hand your keys over. Your home, done right and ready for the next chapter.
